the Mediterranean climate in which the vinyards grow.
The wine has a distinctive bouquet with full flavors
of cape goosberries and tropical fruit.
This lightly oaked and buttery Cape Chardonnay is an
expression of the hilly limestone soils. The wine has
classic citrus tones with a rich biscuit flavour and
hints of melon.
This
handcrafted Cabernet Sauvignon is made from mountain vineyard
sites. Due to the rigorous environment, yields and grape
clusters are small but flavor-packed. This wins is aged
in small barrels producing a wine with tastes and armoas
that are complex and luscious.
